Warren Walker has two teenage daughters who are 15 and 13 years currently. Warren shared his personal experience in facing a length and difficult custody battle. Warren emphasized the importance of recognizing Post-Pardum Depression as soon as you can. He suggested going to a doctor or a counsellor. A lot of moms and dads aren’t prepared for Post-Pardum until it happens and then it’s too late. It’s better to read as much as possible, talk to people who have gone through it before, and prepare for it just-in-case. Warren is currently building up his Isagenix building and is passion about helping people get fit and healthy.
While I can’t relate to the custody battles and post-pardum depression, I can still support Warren as a dad. Sometimes, it’s better to listen and focus on what the other person is saying instead of offering solutions or suggestions as to what to do. Warren taught me, not only the importance of seeking support, but also offering supporting by simply being full present, engaging and embracing the struggles of another dad, not judging them but instead fully loving them for who they are.
Thanks, Warren, for sharing about Post-Pardum Depression and for allowing me to support you any way I can.
